Brumar89, so nice to e-meet you!!
You're the first sensible guy I've met on this thread... I most appreciate discussing with the other folks though but they seem totally BRAINWASHED when it comes to this Monicagate.
Now, let me give you a friend's advice: Neocon is somehow a Mossad agent, just lurking around to keep us all in check --and ridiculing smart guys like us as conspiracy fools ;op
I've tried to open his mind on this Sexgate, see for yourself:

It's so obvious that Tripp, Monica, and retired Walter Kaye are all a bunch of Mossad agents! Problem is half of SI-addicts are so hostile to the Democrats and to Bill Clinton and so anxious about the Jewish folks who'd label them ''Anti-Semite'' that they just gobble the whole ''Bill & Monica love affair'' without a wink...
HEY GUYS, WAKE UP!!

First, they were not alone in a hotel room. Secondly, I said that I would be more inclined to be sympathetic if his conduct of the relationship had been less exploitative. Third, I said that part of my problem was with the recklessness given his particular circumstances. Fourth, there is still the likelihood of a pattern of behavior over a protracted period which is evidence of vice. Fifth, I do not believe that a special immunity should be conferred because the temptation is sexual. Sixth, there are many ways to scratch the itch, some of them more discrete. And finally, seventh, I was myself using a relatively discrete example. I have been far closer to the situation with the "older sister", as it were, and still managed to avoid doing it, in the face of strong temptation, out of a combination of honor and prudence. It would take more than you describe to get me into a "relationship"...
