The site is meant for leading edge technology. It will not work with the older version of the software, a version that you currently have installed on your PC.

BOB:

<<<< This stock looks interesting but I am afraid
to buy before the launch Monday in case
others are trading on the 'buy on rumor sell
on fact' strategy.>>>>>

CD auction will be launch on Monday is not a
rumor, it is a fact already (the news).
So I personal do not believe this applyed to
"buy on rumor and sell on fact" case.

<<<< Any thoughts on how the
stock price will react next week? >>>>

I will guess USAB stock price will increase
once investor has chance to see what is the futuire of CD aution.

<<<< Since the auction starts Monday and the
Amazon PR referenced May 10th (1 week
later) can I assume the actions last one
week? >>>

I do not think so. If you read through the press release
you will see www.cdenergy.com. CD auction will has its own identity.
And there is no reason CD auction only last for 1 week.
The financial auction will be the future.
Such Morgage rate, car rate, auctions, etc

<<< I also worry about the number of PRs and
the content of them. PRs like Amazon &
doubleclick can attract shorts if they think
the purpose of the PR is just to boost the
stock. I'm going to put this concern to the
side though since I've seen posts by shorters
(on Anthony@Pacific) that warn of this
stock having a small float which makes it
dangerous to short. >>>

I think once both www.usabanc.com and www.cdenergy.com
will come fully operation, people may be
much clear to SEE the portential grow future of
USAB couple with only 1.4m share float, to long USAB is much better than to short it.

<<< Is the shockwave software required to use
the site? (maybe not for the auction site
rolling out Monday ... but for the demo
version). I couldn't get it working on my
machine at work but will try this weekend at
home. I have no issue with this being a
requirement but I do wish they would
explain this at the site. Right now when I go
to www.usabanc.com I just get a small box
at the top left to access quotes ... as a
potential new investor I wanted to see more
... Maybe Monday) >>>

You do need to install shockwave (in www.shockwave.com).
USAB will fix the problem later I think.

<<< Does anyone here use internet banking
now? Can the banks offering internet
features service customers in all states or do
restrictions apply? >>>>
I thank, as an national INTERNET BANKING company,
USAB is licenced to do banking business for all states,
USAB have prepare this internet banking initialtive
about 18 months, this issue must be solved long time ago.

Rob-

I have a small long position, and these are all great questions.
I think smart sites have an immediate option as the page starts to load which offer a click for a "no frills" version (low graphics), or the full deal. I'd like to see that here if possible. As far as Internet banking being real, viable and now, believe that.

I feel that the stock has value without the Internet connection, but they do appear to have a specific plan of aggressive growth. This bodes well for USAB. Short term you may see some backsliding, but I do think it will move steadily up and forward in the long run.

The low float don't hurt either! Good luck!
