Roebear, there was also some net buying by nyse members in the past two weeks, an intermediate bullish sign. btw, i like all of the metals here, i think we are seeing the tentative beginnings of a major rally, especially in unloved gold. the funds were still over 80,000 contracts net short according to the last cftc report and even the small traders were net short, which is rare. the last phase of an equity bull market usually coincides with the first leg in a commodities bull market and i believe that's what is happening here. regards, hb
