WE'RE LIVE IN ATLANTA
The migration of the viaLink production environment to
Hewlett-Packard's operational services in Atlanta has been
successfully completed without any unscheduled downtime or
service interruptions. Today, all of the viaLink Services
are live in HP's Atlanta facility.
You may recall that earlier this year HP partnered with viaLink
to provide the technology platform to power, host and support
the viaLink Services. Through this alliance, which also includes
a $6 million financing agreement, HP has further agreed to
provide viaLink with co-marketing and consulting support.
EDI ON THE INTERNET
If in the past you have been burdened by the delay, expense
and overhead of traditional EDI mailboxes, you will be happy
to learn that viaLink has implemented Cyclone Interchange,
for business-quality EDI over the Internet.

Retail Systems / VICS Conference (June 7-9)
The attendees at the VICS Conference expressed great interest
and enthusiasm towards viaLink's Item Catalog.
The conference was well attended and displayed a wide-range of
solutions from software providers, retail technology
providers, as well as support services for Retail companies.
GMA/FMI e-business Summit (June 23-25)
viaLink participated in the inaugural meeting at the Grocery
Manufacturers of America (GMA) and Food Marketing Institute
(FMI) joint industry conference in June which addressed the
direction of e-business within the food industry. The food
industry's most influential leaders gathered to discuss
today's e-business directions and initiatives.
As a prominent player in e-commerce, viaLink was one of the
highlights on the agenda, as Mike Corby with Dreyer's Grand Ice
Cream and Bob Drury with Schnuck's Supermarkets presented
their experiences in the GMA Direct Store Delivery (DSD) pilot
on Scan-Based Trading (SBT). viaLink software was chosen by
the GMA DSD committee to power the SBT pilot.
