Bob, let's call that the SI indicator. The time to buy is when a stock is doing great AND the thread is quiet. Once the stock tanks, the thread comes alive with people who know nothing about the company
except that it is cheaper and "there were no news". Unfortunately, the news usually does come sooner or later...
