Michael: I think that as we approach 8.30 EDT, Frankfurt follows Instanet and then it gives up the ghost just before NYSE opens. Yesterday, all the boxmakers were down, and there was more uncertainty about the Heil news - until it could be digested. Somehow, underneath all this, there is a lot of buying going on. I can't blame sellers being motivated by the thought that there are quicker vehicles elsewhere, but that does not alter the good fundamental prospects for CPQ. The more time that passes, the better grow the short-term prospects of a fast 30% gain.
