Nas - Yes Preferred Securities, I can't disclose the date, but at present it is in the "Comment Stage". J - what's that mean? Nas - It means deficiencies were brought up by staff. J - Your staff? Nasd? What are the deficiencies. Nas - Yes, it would be our staff, deficiencies would be concerns. A letter has been sent to Preferred Securities. J - When was that letter sent?
