FWIW: I think the PR firms really sucks; I've written, called, and left messages (to some moderately english-capable phone-babe); no response. And, I've seen some really good suggestions and participation here by shareholders (who want to help make things better) and they're being totally ignored..!! I'll leave a few shares in the 'shoebox' to keep my attention; but, there are greener fields with companies who will at least talk to "..the owners..".
