Yes, WebStreet Securities specifically told me once that they have a lot of
overseas customers. One good thing about WebStreet is that you get
commission FREE trades if you trade 1000 shares or more at a time
of a stock worth more than $2.00. They have occasional server
problems but no worse than the other growing-too-fast brokerages.
