I believe the answer is yes. The stock starts trading at the split price on May 5. From what I understand, you can buy as late as May 4. There's sometimes confusion about this because of what's called the 'stockholder of record' date, or something to that effect. I think this refers to something else, not the exact date you need to buy the stock by. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this.

You can buy until Tuesday at 3:59 to qualify for the split.. it splits Tuesday ... which usually and in 99% of all cases means it will split Tuesday after the closing bell. So it should start trading split adjusted Wednesday. If the internet sector holds up and INSP can break $150 by Monday morning's session we could have a push to $200 here... Right now INSP is the only internet stock out of 70 I have listed that is up over 10% so the sector is not booming right now... hopefully Monday it will.. Mark
