I find it hard to believe that the people dumping are from the private placement.. Why would they sell now? If you are involved in a private placement you truly believe in the company like Jeff does.. For those people to sell at these levels is insane.. Something else is cause of this downward trend, and we can sing the old swan song of the market makers, but that is tiresome to.. It probably is just bored investors who lost interest.. I'm sure there are a lot of those out there.. Dave
