SBX needs to make an announcement soon or they might be suspended. I have my doubts that cdplus will form some type of an alliance with SBX. good luck ...Clare ps- check out sedar.com This was posted in Jan/99 Signature must within six months of the closing of the Sale enter into a binding agreement which, if completed, will result in it meeting all of the Original listing requirements of The Toronto Stock Exchange. If Signature fails to satisfy this requirement, The Toronto Stock Exchange intends to forthwith schedule a hearing to consider the suspension from trading of Signature's securities.
