You are right about it being tough to decipher the report, if not just by the nature and the amount of these acquisitions. I doubt if the company knows itself for sure what is accretive, other than the profit that the acquisitions at the time of the buyout.
Integrating the acquired business has a cost that is difficult to measure in the beginning.
One thing we do know for sure is that there is a growing list of restricted shares that will be dilutive after the lockup period, the sellers want their profit, and at the present share price of IFCI, it will be a heavy weight, unless we get positive coverage by a major player, and that may only provide support for new sellers as their share restrictions are lifted.
I don't see any buyout of IFCI until the suitor can decipher the numbers in a positive way. I'm short term bearish on IFCI again, at least not counting on any upside surprises, too much dilution at such a low share price right now.
