The explanation appears simple, SIMPLETON. I would presume that similar accounting methods were used in the comparisons . Pavan said previously ""BII in BIG trouble, and if you apply same accounting methods practiced by other auction sites BII actually has a negative GROSS MARGIN "" .The example provided appears to confirm that statement . The question should be will BII continue with practices that apparently they alone (in the group mentioned) use or will they employ in the future methods apparently more commonly used by their peer group . I'm not saying BII did anything wrong or deceptive employing their methods just their methods make like comparisons or relative valuations difficult if not impossible for the average investor IMO.
