Where does one find out about "overhang in the stock because of selling by a major holder"? Is it available on the web somewhere? I remember reading about the 'overhang' on this thread a couple months ago but figured it was long ago completed.

Thanks,
Don

Fidelity has been out for quite a while. The yearly
report for Fidelity Select Funds shows that at the end
of February, all Selects were out of LOR, except for
the Defense and Aerospace Fund which had a puny 40K
shares position. The manager for this fund had also
a negative comment on satellite stocks, mentioning
launch risks, high infrastructure costs, and the
risks associated to the model/strategy (he must mean
IRID induced risks).
