Good point. It appears to me that the European
nations (with the exception of Britain) have been
talked into this war. It is a weak coalition at
best and I think Milosevic knows it. Interesting
that Milosevic has taken the issue to the United
Nations. He may get a pretty receptive ear.

Gustave, Goede dag! Interesting the distinctions between the Europeans and the Americans that you point out. I'll need to watch for them. Meanwhile the NATO bombing has just about obliterated Yugoslavia- what effect post-war on the stability of Serbia? Will its neighbors now take advantage of Serbia's weakened state? Sincerely, Doug F.
