Not until they actually sell the stuff. Shelf registrations are filed in advance of actually doing something specific so that they can move quick if and when they decide to do something. Many shelfs never get used. Find the shelf registration to see the components and link it here if you would be so kind. It does make you wonder what they have up their sleeve. I suspect they are thinking about acquiring another biz which would fit with the fluffy bullshit their CFO was spouting yesterday.
