It's going to be May any day now, Tom. So mid-May isn't toooo far away. I'm just tired of waiting. I'll want to know your assessment of whether to take the new company. I don't really care about the tax hit and wouldn't use that as a factor in my decision. I have plenty of losses to offset gains. I'd love to get some money freed, actually. There are always so many tempting buys. But if you really like the new company, I'll certainly consider holding it and AIMing it. :) I don't like the way VLSI is looking weak today. Maybe everyone else is tired of holding, too. Just hopefully two more weeks till there is news, since that's the expiration date of the moratorium agreements.We could have a LOT higher price in just two weeks, so I can't understand why anyone would sell right now. Can you? Anyone? Linda
