I think what David is saying is that we sell the scanner to the PC makers for $10 and give them the software in return for a 5 cent or 10 cent charge everytime somebody uses their scanner to verify their identity as part of an e-commerce transaction. The charge would be added on to their Visa or MC bill each month.

We could sell them the sexy BioShield software, with my mug on the back giving a product endorsement of course, for $39.95 so they could use their scanner to access a password bank and use drag and drop encryption. Instead of charging for the BioShield, we could give it away free also and charge 2 cents everytime somebody uses it.

Same thing with biometric protection of your cellular phone.

My numbers are off, but the you can see how the concept would work. Give away the razor and charge for the blades.

Am I close David?

Of course this is only one of IDX's lines of business. I think Randy will start using "ubiquitous" a lot in future calls.

P.S. Would you guys stop buying stock so I can pick up the rest of my options?
