from the news release....

"Both those parties want approval to sell Fracmaster's assets to the U.S. rival for an undisclosed amount. The deal would leave Fracmaster shareholders empty-handed, but keep the company going as a private entity."

I think as shareholders, we have the right to know what the amount is and how much "the board" is getting out of this deal. They all own shares also, and I am skeptical that they are just giving theirs away! Everyone I've spoken to about this "deal" has said that it sounds hinkey! And I, even without a share, agree!
