My .02. Drop in volume is viewed two ways: (1) No one is selling. This is good for obvious reasons. (2) No one is buying, this is not good for the same obvious reason. The ultimate question is how to get people to buy. The answer lies somewhere in exposure, new deals, etc, etc, etc. Of course we all want those buyers to start buying NOW, RIGHT NOW, NOW NOW NOW. But, trying to look at the glass as half full, I'm encouraged that sellers are not selling. The buyers will come. Slow and steady, we will win the race.
