I certainly learned to invest on the Lundin side of things after participating in the fortunes of a couple of their shell operations, such as Tanganyika Oil. I actually made money on that, but only because I fortunately did not listen to the more enthusiastic speculators and sold half my shares after they tripled in three weeks.

Have you by any chance calculated the prices in dollars for the shares to be offered via the warrants that are being issued, and what percentage of outstanding shres these will represent if exercised?

RED SEA OIL CORP ("RSO-Y") - Conference Call

Mr Ian Lundin, President, and Mr. Alex Schneiter, Vice President-Exploration, will present an update on the development-production for the En Naga West and North field as well as the Company's upcoming exploration program on the large new Haruj A prospect 30 kilometres south of the En Naga discovery.

An update on the current Rights Issue will also be provided. Current third party estimates of proven and probable recoverable oil reserves are 70 million barrels. Exploration program to resume in third quarter of 1999.

Rights Issue: 1.25 Rights plus $1.25 to purchase 1 Unit.
Each Unit comprised of 1 Common Share and 1 Warrant
Two Warrants plus $1.50 to purchase 1 Common Share until January 31, 2000.
