Joe B, if MCF needed this finance to stay afloat that's one issue, but it seems the money will be used for more expansion. The last finance was to purchase SGI, considering it's a money making company the finance was the right thing to do. Just look at how quick they ramped it up and won high profile contracts. Mr.Pearl had this in mind BEFORE the purchase was made. I'm sure this next finance will bring even more goodies for us all. Myself I have complete confidence in this company to make smart and timely aquisitions that will enhance shareholder value. Jazzss
