This settlement makes Qualcomm the top licensor of CDMA (code-division multiple access) technology.

Hmmm....I wonder who was the top licensor BEFORE this settlement???

Carlton Lutts joined the chorus of those advising caution in today's market. But his indicators picked up on a string of strong earnings announcements and flashed a buy signal on April 22.

Hmmm...lets see.

Qualcomm settles with Ericson on March 25th, stock price at 99.

Lutts "flashed" buy signal on april 22nd, after earnings report, stock price 198.

I'll bet this clown has a 2 million dollar apartment in Manhattan, a house in the Hamptons, and makes 3 mill a year.

Caxton,

I think Carlton Lutts/Cabot was the one who strongly pushed presstek, ended up with some negative publicity. Remember that one?
