But this deal would have been in the works for at least a couple of weeks. You can't expect PP investors to pay a higher price than this on such a volatile stock. This will give MCF support at probably $8 and that is pretty amazing for a company that has had its stock rise so quickly. FWIW I sold at $9.90 after the announcement...I think the stock will come back into the $8s in the next few days...love the future on this one though.

Joe B, you have to put it all in perspective, look how much the last finance went for just a few weeks back and how far we have come since then. IMO the market will see the value of the new finance because of the gains made by MCF both in share price and also the future prospects for MCF, which seem to be getting better everyday.

MCF under Mr.Pearl have shown that they make shrewd aquisitions with
growth in mind. When the next aquisition/s is/are announced the markets
will see them as favourable. I hate to repeat, but if SGI is the caliber of aquisitions to come we are in good hands.
