Not true. Msft has indeed invested a total of $700 million in WEBMD at a price of $55/share. $300 mil is direct, balance is through a tender offer to WEBMD holders that expires May 7th. Full details will be available when WEBMD next amends is s-1 prior to its IPO.

Do your research. The info is out there. Poke around Atlanta a bit. Lots of WEBMD holders down there who know the story.
