Terry, I don't even discuss that (when talking to the company) as I feel nobody should ever invest on the whim that we might get a windfall from the lawsuit. I'm comfortable in the fact that we do have a WIN WIN situation in regards to the lawsuit. It's just a matter of when we reap the benefits. I just look at it as an added perk and does not influence the reasons I have elected to invest in JNNE. I invest in a "business plan" and I truly believe that we will really see a bunch more next week. "Grupo Brad"
