OT ...and I looked at EMC 3 years ago and decided it had already logged most of its gains. No, I still have a strong core buy and hold strategy, but since I have chosen to go with a non-diversified tech-laden portfolio, I feel obligated to take some occasional profits and buy some puts when the internets look like they are on a death march. I'm now trading 10% of my portfolio instead of 5%, but I'm not going to sell the likes of CSCO, WCOM, LVLT, QCOM, ATHM, AMZN, IATV, etc. to take a flier on a penny stock.
