It is my hope that I can communicate with many of you through this medium. I will attend at court today at 1:00 p.m. to advise the judge that hundreds of shareholders with various shareholdings have sought my counsel. I will also support the application of Mr. Balm for an adjournment of at least 2 weeks so that his proposal can be considered. I fully expect that an adjournment will be granted. Thereafter, I will try and contact the interested shareholders and get some direction so that I can make some recommendations. I have been unable to respond since the phone calls have been overwhelming. Interested shareholders may e-mail my office at mms@3is.com. Our facsimile number is 403-221-8339. I should say that telephone is a difficult medium given the number of calls. I will report on this message board what happens in court today.
