Nat,

In pondering your your post to me it has shaken my memory a little about the uproar that T had in their board room last year. The major share holders were calling for the head of the CEO which they finally got, over the poor performance of T's stock. At the time it was hovering around $30 and had been for quite some time.

If AOL can run the bid up to where T feels it will hurt their number performance and eventually the stock price then I see where it could be possible for AOL to win out in this situation.

Just me thinking out loud,
