Hi Donnie,..Re:.Watch out below...we are fixing to get hammered...30 yr bond is getting killed

U.S. June T-bond futures fall more than 2 points

CHICAGO, April 30 (Reuters) - U.S. June Treasury bond futures fell
more than 2 points on talk of heavy portfolio and fund liquidation
and on concerns about more corporate supply hitting the market floor traders said.

June T-bonds fell 2-01/32 to 120-06/32, a key support area. Further
support is at the April 1 low of 119-22/32, they said.

The market was already in an extremely bearish mood due to a stronger
than expected rise in U.S. first-quarter gross domestic product and
the jump in the April Chicago National Association of Purchasing
Management index.

Liquidation was particularly active in the 10-year note pit, some said.

NAZ made new highs last week with long rates around these levels. Also, the strong data came out at 8:30 am and also at 10 am but something else got to the bonds around 1pm and I think it's a combination of additional supply plus some stops getting taken out.

I think mortgages are pinned to the 10 year but Arthur would know better.

Best,

Lee

What weird market I'm glad I'm not watching as much as before. Bought PCLN at 119 yesterday, as lark put in gtc sell order at 161 when the buy order was filled, it went off near the close, one and half days work. Did the same with NITE during the week. When will DELL start to move? Next week maybe, then again the damage is still being worked off.
