June T-bonds fell 2-01/32 to 120-06/32, a key support area. Further support is at the April 1 low of 119-22/32, they said. The market was already in an extremely bearish mood due to a stronger than expected rise in U.S. first-quarter gross domestic product and the jump in the April Chicago National Association of Purchasing Management index. Liquidation was particularly active in the 10-year note pit, some said. biz.yahoo.com _______________________________________________________________ NAZ made new highs last week with long rates around these levels. Also, the strong data came out at 8:30 am and also at 10 am but something else got to the bonds around 1pm and I think it's a combination of additional supply plus some stops getting taken out. I think mortgages are pinned to the 10 year but Arthur would know better. Best, Lee
