BUYER BEWARE! Information posted by SHORT SELLERS may be
SLANDEROUS,...

NON FACTUAL and completely IRRELEVANT or even pure SPAM.

Investors should carry out Due Diligence and thoroughly research any stock prior to
reaching an investment decision.

In addition, investors with long positions, should ensure that their stock is kept in their
CASH ACCOUNT and NOT their MARGIN ACCOUNT, so short sellers won't be
able to borrow it.

As an alternative, keep the portion of stocks you don't intend to trade short term, in
Certificates.
