I almost bought a 350,000 sq foot building on North Moore in the bottom of the recession. My partner didnt think we could sell 1200ft lofts for 700,000! Those Apartements sell for twice that much now! Imagine how much more Q I could have bought!

Ibexx, I just hate to see you embarass yourself in such a highly regarded public forum: New York has fallen from the dubious distinction of having the highest price real estate on the planet. That "honor" now belongs to my little berg: San Francisco. Trust me, I've been shopping for 4 months. As a result of the astounding rise in the Q, I can now afford a studio with the lav down the hall, It's a walk-up of course, but hey, I need the aerobic exercise. :-)

P.S. You serious about that Big Band joint? Give me the skinny if you are, I'm a sucker for that stuff and headed back that way soon.
Best, SM
