Confused... William the ones i listen to seem center too but I seen more downgrades lately then upgrades from some that have change there position on certain stocks in a short time.

I am sure you heard that Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sacks possibly were illegally setting underwriting fees. Morgan Stanley will be found innocent since they are the most ethical firm out there. Would you not agree??
