Launch Sunday night . . .

The Air Force had their third failed Titan launch in row today. The launch lifted off OK at 12:30pm EDT, but the Centaur upper stage did not place the Milstar 2-F1 satellite into proper orbit.
Anyway, this clears the deck for our Delta 3/Orion 3 launch, which is now scheduled for Sunday night, with a window of 8:57pm EDT to 10:05pm EDT.
The previous delays may be frustrating, but I do think that Loral was very lucky that the "bugs" showed up before liftoff, and could be corrected. Boeing knows that this launch has to go OK, or the Delta 3's future will be in doubt.
Nice to see the stock perking up today. Maybe the long basing period is finally over.
