KIM info on WLGS Important Post on RB Just talked to Mr. Haffer!! (Twice!!) First of all, let me say that he was very nice and took time to answer all of my questions. Here's what I found out; 1. No press release today!! 2. The latest jump in stock price has been driven by the fact that MCI and Sprint have joined the industry and people are taking it more seriously. Nothing more!! 3. None of the rumors that he has read on our message board(Yes, he monitors this board very closely) or any of the other boards are based on any fact that he is aware of at this time!! He said that all of the companies being bought out right now are "bottom feeders" and WLGS is simply not at the bottom. WLGS is a "debt free company" (he said that they do owe the caterer downstairs $75, that is it!!!)that would never sell itself for such a cheap price!! He said that the stock holders would "take him out and shoot him" if he sold now!! Maybe ,in a year when the company has established itself in the industry, they will look to sell. 4. Any future news release would come out before the bell in the morning. 5. The meetings in Orange County were about more funding(that was all he could say), not about buyout!! Also, he said that he visited the founder of the company in the hospital. 6. The good news!! There is a new Holt Media Group report coming out today that he expects to be very good news for the company. As good or better than the report that came out in December!!! Well that is what he had to say. Take it for what it's worth. Is it the truth or is he trying to drive the stock down so he can buy more? Does he even need to buy more? I don't know how long he will actually be answering his own phone today, but I recommend that everyone call him directly to get answers for any questions that you may have. Also, wouldn't it be nice to know if he was one of us? Which one is he? Finally, let me say that I know this is not good news for short termers and I'll bet all of us long termers are going to drop right back down to reality today(we knew that day would come). However, I'm the one that has said all along that we should call and try to get our own info and then share it with the rest of the group. So I feel that it is important to be completely honest with you about what he told me, even if it is going to cost me money in the short term!! This is a great company that has great leadership and I for one am going to see this stock through!!!
