bull'si I have an account with the lead underwriter Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Also helps to have one of the brokers with rank, good relationship with the broker, and play the IPOS regularly. Each broker is allocated so many shares and can disperse to his clients as he sees fit. Usually the small hot issues they limit allocations per customer to 100 shares. So far have played BCST, PCLN, UPCOY, PBG, CONOCO, NVDIA, PER. Access to the IPO's more than make up for the higher trading costs of a full service broker. Regards Neil
