Yes.

What if they wanted to, oh say, buy a single software company that had dominant market share in personal finance management? Hmm. They tried to do that. They even promised to sell their own finance program to a competitor. That's just one tiny part of the broader market for software, but it didn't get past the FTC.

Anyone notice the new @Home promotion links on Excite?

A promo blurb on numerous Excite areas today is:
@Home Internet = Speeeed!

which links to:
home.com

I expect to see a lot more links like this in the days ahead.
