You're right, Jeffrey. The discussion is getting one-sided and lacking cogent arguments. I don't mind the off-topic banter too much (although it may be slightly annoying), it adds to the social atmosphere after all. But all joking aside, this lawsuit is a very serious matter. I'm not a legal guru so I really have nothing to add but it would be nice to see a deep discussion on BW's foundation for their case. Nice to hear you, a defendant, say this. Well, I'm sure BW suits are reading this but I guess they don't want to post here. Just wait till the court date...
