Les, I wrote a lenghty letter to the Editor about the futile NATO effort in Yugoslavia. It was published on Tuesday in the Santa Barbara News Press. The Editor, John Lankford, gave it a fitting title of; "SMART WEAPONS, STUPID PEOPLE, SAME OLD STORY". Since that time I have had about 10 people approach me and say they thought it was a great letter. If that is any indication of how people view this war, then NATO and Bill Clinton are losing credibility with every passing hour. -John
