Access Power Launches Affiliate Marketing Program; Company to
Co-Market its $10 Per Month Unlimited PC-to-Phone Net.Caller

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 1999--Access
Power Inc. (OTC BB:ACCR) Friday announced the introduction of an affiliate
co-marketing program for its recently released Net.Caller(tm) software and
service.

Net.Caller allows customers to place unlimited calls using their multimedia
PC and Internet connection to any regular telephone in the continental United
States for a flat-rate of $10 per month.

"The Net.Caller affiliate program allows Internet businesses to provide
additional services to their customers while increasing their revenue," said
Douglas Bottomley, senior vice president of sales and marketing. "Net.Caller
flat-rate pricing is part of Access Power's strategy to be an integral driver in
the growing e-commerce and Internet telephony markets."

Net.Caller affiliates receive a percentage of ongoing collected revenue for
referred customers. For an introductory period, Access Power is waiving the
affiliate setup fee. The program includes co-branding of the popular Net.Caller
software and is available immediately. Interested web based businesses
should contact Douglas Bottomley via e-mail, Douglasaccesspower.com.

"Net.Caller has been enthusiastically received by our customers," said
Access Power CEO and President Glenn Smith. "The launch of the
Net.Caller affiliate marketing program should contribute to faster growth of the
service and will hasten the ramp-up time needed to successfully penetrate
this new and growing market. Future plans for Net.Caller will include
expansion to international markets." About Access Power
