"The only way I can see that happening is by massive A/R write-downs"

Many people have posted on the Yahoo boards that NETA will have to give refunds to corporate customers because their software did not perform as promised. This may explain the massive A/R write-down. The question that arises here is whether NETA was too quick to recognize revenues from sales which were not quite complete. And I can see why the company may not be very forthright in coming out and explaining the numbers. Perhaps, I am getting too cynical here.
