Actually, the review period for an initial filing is 30 days. Whether the SEC treated the last filing as an amendment or an initial filing, the comments are already in the hands of the BNBN and BKS accountants. We will probably not hear anything until BNBN files its next amendment. When that happens, everyone will have a clearer picture as to the timing of the offering.

Also bear in mind that BNBN needs to complete the offering by May 15, 1999; otherwise, the December 31, 1998 numbers become "stale" and BNBN will need to incorporate the first quarter results. They may do that anyway when they file the next amendment.
