And since the record/pay date always causes confusion, maybe we should deal with some of it now: Don't worry about the record date, folks. You're not going to lose anything or get anything for free. Think of it like this: Imagine that everyone who bought a share of the stock had one of those old stock certificates. What happens on the record date is that another piece of paper is stapled onto that certificate that says something like "On June X, this certificate will be redeemable for two split shares of this stock." If you hold a share before the record date, you'd get the addendum to attach to it. If you buy or sell a share between the record date and the pay date, you'll get both the certificate and the addendum.

Bottom line: On the pay date, every share of GNET will be split into two shares worth half what they were worth before.
