I can sell my allocation on IPO any time. Sold my BCST 10 minutes after it opened. Great % increase that probably will never be beaten. Unfortunately turned out to be a bad move because BCST soared beyond what I thought it would. I have heard some brokerages penalize for selling but that hasn't been my experience.

Re:MRBA - Think it will be a winner long term and probably will gap up Monday. Not sure how it will do short term.
