The only implied volatility data that I have access to, without resorting to tremendously tedious procedures, are from American markets. I prefer to trade Canadian options, but I'm not sure if the data I collect on options on cross-listed stocks reflect the volatilities of their Canadian counterparts.

There must from time to time be disagreements between MMs in the two countries as to the appropriate IVs. So what happens when there is?
Can someone help me with this?
