Perhaps I should rephrase. To the best of my knowledge MDIN has no meaningful business relationship with Metroplus (there is of course the bit that both MDIN and NPEC are/were shareholders of Frontier, the preferred stock that NPEC owns of MDIN*, and some shared officers). If you are suggesting anything more than that, please enlighten me, because I don't know it.

*My apologies, i edited this post to include the preferred shares that I had forgotten to mention, after W-L-D was so kind as to PM his response to me. I would add that NPEC's preferred, which will be converted to common in Medinah Gold, will not be a majority of the shares outstanding.
