I received an E-Mail today from a fairly reliable source that usually has the inside scoop on what is coming up. This talks about the next product from 3dfx, it is as follows:

The Voodoo4 is scalable. 1, 2, or 4 chips, up to a max fillrate of 1600 Mpixels/second:)

128 MB of ram. Geometry processor is optional. Support for S3TC and 3dfxTC. Full Scene AA through 4x oversampling. Announced at E3, available in August!

A friend of mine who holds a few thousand shares, just got back from a business trip two days ago. I told her about the proxy last night and she wanted to vote today but was refused on the grounds that 3dfx should have recieved the votes yesterday and that she cannot vote by phone or over the Internet today. It makes no sense to me, but what do I know.
