Follow up on NEON, post one week.
Some perspective from previous posts:

Today's price action was nice as NEON reemerged above its 200 dma.
All I can say is that candlesticks are neat. This is the second time I've managed to identify a bottom in a stock using that particular pattern. I felt comfortable taking a position because I had a fundamental understanding of both fore and neon as companies.

I've learned a great deal from this thread and wanted to share what I have found works for me in hopes that others can learn. The intent of this post is not to highlight the success of the position trades. It is to show a low risk/reward pattern that I've seen and some evidence to demonstrate the fact. I hope that if other members see similar bottoming/basing formations in stocks that they bring it to the thread's attention. I won't be able to see them all.

There's alot of *buzz* during the week of posts showing trades etc. It's good to step back and see what work or did not work during the week past and share the experience with others. Just as the market is constantly adapting and changing so must the trader/investor.

That being said, turning forward, I've got my eye on CACS a fast growing telecom-equip provider recently cut in half. Looks to be in the process of completing a bottom. More DD later..stay tuned.

Cheers, have a nice weekend
