I occasionally see rumors that are too accurate.
All should be careful with the SEC on the rumor stuff.
They read these boards. Insider info does not make them happy.
Smiles,
Glenn

Regarding BIDS.
If you read a pr release that says a stock is up because they
may be getting bought.
What do you do?
I look at who owns shares in the company already.
The reason I think AOL may buy BIDS if they are getting
bought is that AOL already owns over 1 million shares of BIDS.
It seems to me that if they believe in the company enough to
own shares maybe they believe enough to buy them.

I think it is apparent that I am not wanted on this thread anylonger.
Tim thinks I have gotten cocky.
I just don't see how he sees that.
I like BIDS because of the DD I have done on it.
Nothing more.
I liked Fore because of the DD I did on it.
I liked Efax because I did dd on it.
I liked a lot of other stocks that I can't think of at the moment
because I did dd on them and they all went down.
One comes to mind HS. That stock has gone to the bottom.
IT was a bad pick.

Good luck to all of you and I love you all.
You have been very kind to this country boy and I thank you.
Sincerely
Lamar Cook

Holding: COMS, MSFT, PAIR. Bought DELL @ 41 3/4. Thought I would get out today, but decided to hold due to stong close.

COMS did very well today against a background of selling. Does anyone have the money flow? I saw some large blocks going by at the bid, but I also saw alot of buying.

Hopefully the tech slide is over now that the fund managers have repositioned themselves for a new month.

Have a good weekend everyone.
